Meet Sean
I co-founded Recruiting Heads to bring a more strategic and transparent approach to hiring in Occupational Health. I focus on data, relationships, and results, overseeing client partnerships and tracking each stage of the talent pipeline to ensure value is maximised.
Away from work, I’m happiest walking with our daughter and two dogs or out on the road and track indulging my love of motorbikes and performance cars.
Meet Abi
I’ve spent over 15 years working across recruitment, HR and operations, and co-founded Recruiting Heads to bring a more human, consistent approach to hiring in Occupational Health. For me, recruitment isn’t about numbers, it’s about people, trust and long-term value.
I’m the organised one who makes sure things run as they should. Whether that’s supporting clients with specialist briefs or guiding candidates through the process, I believe clarity and care make all the difference.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me chairing our Residents’ Association or down by the river helping run the local rowing club. Purpose and people drive everything I do, in work, in life and everywhere in between.
